WEBSITE MAINTENANCE IN MINNEAPOLIS

Your website guy. One less thing on your list.

Send over your questions, updates, and technical headaches. I provide ongoing website support for Minnesota businesses that need an experienced person to keep things moving, starting at $750 per month. Larger projects are quoted separately.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY.

Your web guy.
From $750 per month.

A monthly agreement for businesses that want a consistent technical partner, starting at $750 per month. Larger projects are quoted separately.

A useful starting plan

Start with the requests, technical needs, and level of help your website requires. Agree on included capacity and how the priorities will be managed.

A clear request process

Know where to send updates and questions. We’ll agree on communication, expectations, and how urgent issues should be raised.

Larger projects, quoted separately

A redesign, complex feature or extensive integration receives a separate project quote. We’ll agree on that work before it begins.

THE WORK BEHIND THE WEBSITE.

The everyday work.
The bigger picture, too.

One place for your website to-do list.

01WordPress updates

Plan core, theme, and plugin updates with compatibility in mind. The existing website and its dependencies help determine the right approach.

02Content changes

Send over page edits, images, service updates, and other routine requests. We’ll agree on the kinds of work and capacity included in your plan.

03Troubleshooting

A form behaves differently. A layout breaks. Something that used to work has changed. I can investigate the problem and explain the next step.

04Website improvements

Turn the ongoing list into purposeful progress. Prioritize useful changes to navigation, inquiry paths, page layouts, and the customer experience.

05Technical coordination

Help connect WordPress, hosting, domain settings, and the people or services involved. Keep questions from getting lost between separate vendors.

06Advice you can act on

Get an experienced opinion before adding a plugin, changing a page, or starting a new feature. We’ll connect the decision to what the business needs.

EXPERIENCE, APPLIED TO YOUR BUSINESS.

More than a website.
Someone in your corner.

The small requests add up. A page needs updating. Something looks wrong. A plugin is asking for attention. You have a new idea, but you’re not sure what it would take to make it happen.

An ongoing plan gives you an experienced person to bring those things to. I can handle agreed website work directly, help sort the priorities, and keep the technical decisions connected to your business.

HOW WE GET THERE.

Send the request.
Let’s move it forward.

01

Get familiar with your website

Review the platform, access, dependencies, and current priorities. Agree on the plan’s scope and how you’ll send requests.

02

Work through the priorities

Bring over questions, issues, and changes. I’ll help organize the work, explain what needs attention, and handle the agreed tasks.

03

Keep improving the experience

Use what we learn to guide the next round of improvements. Bigger projects can be identified and scoped before they become surprises.

GOOD QUESTIONS. USEFUL ANSWERS.

Let’s make
the details clearer.

Ask me about your website

What is included in the $750 starting plan?

Monthly agreements start at $750 for ongoing website maintenance, requests and support. We’ll agree on priorities and the request process before starting. Larger projects are quoted separately.

Do you only maintain websites you built?

We can start by reviewing an existing website, even if someone else built it. I’ll need to understand the platform, code, plugins, hosting, and any issues before proposing an arrangement.

Are software updates the whole service?

Software updates are one part of website care. Your plan can also address agreed content changes, troubleshooting, improvements, and technical questions.

How quickly are requests handled?

We’ll agree on expectations and the request process as part of the plan. Timing depends on the task, its urgency, and the work already in progress; emergency coverage should be discussed explicitly.

Does the plan include hosting or SEO?

Those services can be discussed alongside maintenance. We’ll spell out which work belongs in the retainer and what needs a separate arrangement.

Can my team still make changes?

Yes. We can divide the work around your team’s confidence and capacity. I can handle technical tasks, guide the direction, and help when they have questions.
